Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
  • Minimum qualification: Currently pursuing or completed graduation/diploma.
  • Age: 18-25 years for this internship program.
  • Basic knowledge of the chosen domain is preferred.
2. Attendance & Working Hours
  • Attendance is compulsory - Minimum 90% attendance required for certification.
  • Working hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Mon-Fri) with 1-hour lunch break.
  • Flexible timings available for specific projects with prior approval.
  • Half-day leave requires prior approval from the HR/Manager.
  • More than 3 unapproved absences will result in disqualification.
3. Code of Conduct
  • Professional behavior is mandatory at all times.
  • Confidentiality of company data and client information must be maintained.
  • Use of company resources and internet for personal use is prohibited.
  • Respect all team members and company policies.
4. Leave Policy
  • Each intern gets 2 days of leave per month (unpaid).
  • Leave application must be submitted 2 days in advance.
  • Emergency leaves require intimation via phone/WhatsApp before 9:00 AM.
5. Project & Evaluation
  • Each intern will be assigned a mentor and project.
  • Weekly progress reports to be submitted.
  • Final project submission is mandatory for certificate issuance.
  • Performance evaluation at the end of 3rd month.
6. Certificate of Completion
  • Certificate will be provided only after successful completion of the program.
  • Minimum 90% attendance and successful project completion is mandatory.
  • Certificate will include performance grade (Excellent/Good/Satisfactory).
7. Confidentiality Agreement
  • All interns must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
  • Sharing company/client data with outside parties is strictly prohibited.
  • IP and work produced during the internship belongs to the company.
8. Termination
  • Company reserves the right to terminate the internship at any time.
  • Reasons for termination include: misconduct, poor performance, rule violation.
  • Intern can also withdraw from the program with 7 days' notice.
9. Documents Required
  • Resume/CV - Updated resume with contact details.
  • College ID Card - For student verification.
  • Passport Size Photo - 2 photos for records.
  • Educational Certificates - 10th, 12th, Graduation marksheets.
  • Photo ID Proof - Aadhar/PAN/Driving License/Voter ID.
  • Bank Account Details - For stipend if applicable.
  • No Objection Certificate - From college if currently enrolled.
10. Stipend & Benefits
  • Stipend: Performance-based stipend up to ₹5,000/month.
  • Certificate: Recognized by industry.
  • Recommendation: Letter of Recommendation for top performers.
  • Job Offer: High-performing interns may get PPO.
